There is so much more to Paris than the classic image of luxury and pure French tradition.
My city has always welcomed strangers with open arms and been a melting pot of cultures from around the world. This is part of what makes Paris so unique.
Let me take you to discover one of the most working-class districts in Paris: Barbès Rochechouart. Street food existed successfully here long before it became fashionable. From sandwiches to salads, grilled meats, pastries and more, allow me to surprise and delight your taste buds. During the Delicious Paris event, held to promote Parisian cuisine, I guided 22 food bloggers from around the world through the wonderful food on offer in Barbès.
This tour was such a success that the President of the Paris Visitors’ Bureau declared that it had been his favourite.
